Suggested Use

 Mix one sachet of powder into about 250 ml. of plain water in a glass or a shaker, stir or shake well and consume immediately.  Drink another glass of water will provide better result.
Recommended to drink before dinner or before bedtime 1 sachet daily

Caution :  As with any dietary supplement consult your healthcare practitioner before using this product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, anticipate surgery, take medication on a regular basis or are otherwise under medical supervision. Medication should not be taken at the same time as Actif Fiber
